There are a whole host of unwelcome visitors to our mind and body when we reach that 10 year chapter in our lives when our joints and muscles can get stiff and ache, and our mental wellbeing is challenged.

Exercise helps, but too much can overload an already struggling system (the impact of drastically falling oestrogen on our joint fluid, collagen, bones and muscle mass). Understanding how we need to adjust our approach to movement and loading is paramount.

My bespoke classes safely help women lubricate joints, increase range of motion and strengthen the muscles that support and protect joints and bones.

This time in our lives can also be frightening - we might suffer from brain fog, memory issues, anxiety, depression and I design my classes to include mindfulness and meditation to help calm and nurture an irritated nervous system.

Many women say to me that they aren’t flexible enough to do yoga, or they are too stiff. This is precisely what my classes set out to help with.
