They don't require any prior knowledge, they're gentle, welcoming, but effective and through her classes I've come to realise the power of yoga to rebalance, and wipe away the stresses of the week, and I quite literally walk out of our Saturday classes with a spring in my step and a sense of wellbeing that has been hugely beneficial to my life.
