Menopause Yoga Trainee Incoming!
I’m very excited for my weekend away in the seaside town of Worthing and my MenoYoga Training with my inspirational Yoga Trainer Sally Parkes at Salt Water Studios.
Can’t wait to deepen my knowledge of how to help and support this rollercoaster transition into midlife with yoga, that 10 year chapter through peri, meno & beyond. I’ve been there, still in it, and could not survive without my Yoga to help my wellbeing.
I’m going to learn about the anatomy and physiology of the perimenopausal and menopausal woman so that I can tailor my classes to help manage the kaleidoscope of symptoms; aches & pains, anxiety, depression, sleep, temperature regulation. mental and emotional wellbeing - there’s comfort in numbers and knowing the incredible women around you are going through similar!
Once I’ve got all the learnings and a framework to teach them, I will share them with you all as soon as I can through workshops and regular Yoga for Menopause Classes!
